Shipping Details

 

U.S. CUSTOMERS

Standard Shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, PO Boxes and US Territories will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier we've used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it.

If you haven't received shipping information, it is always important to check if the email has gone to your email's junk mail folder.

Standard Shipping orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via Standard Delivery typically ship in three (3) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States.

Your order will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).

Your parcel will be received with your regular mail. We are not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or delayed by the postal service. If your order’s tracking information states that your parcel has been delivered and it is not physically at your shipping address, please contact your local USPS post office with your tracking number for further information.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS 

International orders may take between 7-14 days to ship out.  Please allow 1-3 business days for your tracking information to update in the system.

 

POSSIBLE DELAYS

  We try our best to ensure your order will be delivered on time. Delays are possible during Holiday and Sale Seasons. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated time frame.

 

 

Tracking your order:

To track your order please use the tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped. If your tracking number does not work, visit www.USPS.com to manually input your tracking number.

How can I be sure that I've ordered my purchase(s) correctly?

- Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email including an itemized receipt of purchase.

 

Can I track my order?

- Yes. You can track the updated status of your order in real time. To do this, click or input your order's tracking number into the USPS website tracking system.

 

Can I cancel my order?

-Yes. Please contact us at: Stylist@ShopBARRI.com as soon as possible to ensure that we do not ship your order. Once shipped, we are unable to cancel.

 

Why have only some items from my order shipped?

-We have warehouses in North Carolina & California. Items may ship from different warehouses resulting in separate tracking numbers.
